An intense rainy squall

I was working at my desk when I heard the wind howling and noticed the light darken outside my study. I picked up my phone and went to the window and watched the wild effects on the garden trees and the valley beyond.

If you look at the tree's leaves nearby you can see the size of the blobs of  rain. I was interested to see how the phone's cameras would cope.
