The path through Castle Field

This morning I went to art then to the gym for my weights class. Both going there and walking back to the car was very heavy thundery rain and black sky.

By the time that I'd walked back to my car, despite unbrella and waterproof coat, my trousers and socks were wet.  I now know that my trainers are inadequate for rainy days.

This afternoon the rain stopped and the sun came out so I went for a walk around the village to get a blip.  This is the gate and fence leading to the path through the castle field to the other side of the village.
