Such a kind and thoughtful lady. 

My friend from work popped round this morning for a cuppa. She has been off this week. As let's just say last week played a big toll on her. And emotionally it will take a while to heal.  
I did spend most of this morning doing nothing.  I gave the downstairs a quick hoover as we had a architect come not long ago. And I swear just being on my feet for half an hour has taken its toll on me. Nice chap. His wife turned up after a while so I left Mr R and him to go a walk around the block so that he could see a idea of what we want done as a extra. And his wife came inside for a while. Lovely couple. 

The Jedi has had issues at nursery this whole week with a child that keeps pushing him over . And not the child from last year. I really don't want this having a effect on him. But it's the first thing he tells me when Mr R brings him home. 

The big wildlings all had a good day. 

I've just had to take some pain pills and I won't be doing anything tonight except have a early night. I didn't think I'd be struggling as much but mentally the whole not sleeping is having a toll. And although I'm use to shoulder pain. Back pain is a whole new level. I hate to complain. I'll arrange a doctor appointment for next week to see about physio.
