Abstract Thursday....Natural

The sun has been out for a lot of the day, and it's been warmer than forecast, although still windy. I liked the rippling reflections of my glass dish, made by the sun shining through the window ...thanks Ingeborg:)  B and I joined a community course group this afternoon, 'an introduction to vegetarian cookery.' We are not vegetarians, but interested in the concept, and learning new ways of cooking healthily, without meat. Next week, a very, very simple dish of leek and potato soup...hopefully, it will become more challenging!
