'Blue Moon, why are you standing alone'

Another hot day here in Stogumber. I had to drive to Taunton this afternoon for my weekly grocery shop and the temperature in the car read 33 degrees. Because of this temperature, we cannot take little Phoebe out for a walk until after dinner. So after Mr A had driven home (round trip of 122 miles/day), we'd eaten, we set off down to the Poo Stick Bridge (see 15th July blip). Phoebe enjoyed a paddle then grumbled because her feet were wet.

On up the hill and round passed the pub and through the church gate.
It was then we spotted this beautiful moon, well it had to be.

You were going to see the vallley but I decided it looked a bit hazy.

No history lesson today, just me twittering.

Supposed to be cooler next week, might even rain. No work for me tomorrow but preparing for a visit from friends so making bread and a Lemon Mousse pud.
