New Licensed Driver
Hubby had a dermatologist appointment early this morning. He is fighting a few skin precancerous areas. He’ll go back next month to see how successful the topical chemo meds are working. He took our trash and recycling to the convenience station as I did kitchen work. I pulled some weeds and spent bee balm stalks from the front garden. It felt so good to be out there. Just wish I’d had had more free time to work outside today. Hubby mowed the lawn while I packed and validated our grocery list for the trip. I’ve picked out some new menu items and can’t wait to try them. Will pre-cook as much as possible Friday and Saturday. Hubby says we have a rainy 10-day forecast while we’re camping. He’s decided to leave the bikes home. We really don’t mind wet weather with our protective tarp keeping us dry. Hopefully we’ll have one dry day to look at what nature has to offer at this new campground. Parker came over around 8:00 am to print some papers he needed for his driving test today. He passed it with no problem. Oh boy, my babes are all grown up! He brought us all types of Tex Mex leftovers when he came tonight to be my blip. We are really blessed. Wishing you similar blessings. Stay safe. Thanks for your visit. “Once I got my driver's license everybody treated me like I was an adult.” - Candace Cameron
