If I frequently lied in my job. If I constantly made things up. If I always believed the first thing someone said to me that confirmed my bias. If I used dehumanising language against people. If I incited others. If I passed the buck for my actions. If I stole the credit from others. If I committed actual criminal acts. If I mocked anyone with a disability. Well I wouldn't expect to be in that job for long. Let alone still be in the running for one of the biggest jobs in the world.
