Kimono

I had a dental appointment this morning (no treatment required) so I went into town early to visit the Kimono exhibition at the V&A.
Some beautiful pieces of work from old and traditional to modern, some embroidered, some painted, some woven designs (and some a mixture). A detail from another in extras. I found the phone was better than the camera for photos.
Home in time for lunch and then I finished a pair of socks and started a large crochet project that should use a big chunk of my wool stash.
I then finished the bramble jelly making before going out for a run with the group. There were so many of us tonight we were able to divide into groups for 3 distances, it was a beautiful, but cold, night. (It was cold in the morning, too, not much above freezing!)
