Got wet

Managed to have a dry walk with Hetty early and then again in the afternoon. But walked to an eye screening appointment, they tell you not to drive, and fortunately I took a brolly as it was very heavy rain after about ten minutes. I walked so fast and got there 15 minutes early. By the time I was done it was dry and sunshine.
Lots of jobs around the house as the rain got heavy again, but the good thing is the ironing done, polishing and vacuuming done and a bit of paperwork done. Plus the guy from the house alarm company came out to sort a problem he caused with the connection to wifi.
Managed an hour of reading with coffee.
Took my camera with me as the walk to the clinic was along the canal but rain was far too heavy going and I couldn’t see clearly coming back due to eyes being dilated. So a photo of some of the small teds in the cabinet in the hall.
