Wednesday: Corn Marigold

Temperature around 13°C, breezy, rain showers which become quite heavy this afternoon but I managed to get some washing dry.

MrD went off on his deliveries this morning and I drove to Lidl after a quick stop at the village garage for Diesel which was £1.33 per litre, I remembered my loyalty card and was pleasantly surprised when I was told I had £20 on it … paid for the diesel :-))

I felt very tired after shopping, the washing basket was full so I did a quick wash which dried.

The Corn Marigolds are so pretty, they’ve enjoyed today’s rain  - there are a few small flies around and one or two bees too.
