Graffiti?

This sign is in one of the richer sides of town and ever time i see it, i just think there is probabbly some posh kid who think's he is being HARDCORE by doing this to a sign. So i thought i would share this funny moment with you guys. This photo was taken whilst me and my friend were wandering the streets early this morning waiting for our friend to give up the clear to sneak into her house....Anyway enjoy :D
