Spoke too soon

Our already munched doorstop was talked about on Saturday when I proudly said that it was the only thing that MrW had chewed (other than newspapers) since he arrived.

Fast forward a couple of days and I slipped on my comfy old sandals to get stuff out the freezer in the garage, then slipped them off again and forgot all about them.

To be fair, they were a little past their best but they were comfy.  

Not now though!!
