Harlequin

Thought this was a pine ladybird exploring the distressed and decaying wood on this old bench, but, apparently the front white bits mean it’s a harlequin taking habitat away from our native insects.

Took my little mate Amber out for a hobble and the rain left us be thankfully.

Should have known that worse weather was to come when I had a sudden nosebleed this afternoon!
