Sourdough for lunch

Having just come back from two weeks in Germany I have got the taste for some delicious bread again. So I had prepared some homemade sourdough over the weekend and baked the loaf yesterday evening. It was a wonderful treat for lunch today with butter, cheese and a salad! That made the office far more bearable.
