Daddy Day Care

Today I had to rearrange meetings to work from home to help out with classes for L.

I took L down to an arts & crafts class at the local leisure centre whilst I nipped in for a quick gym session. I bumped into a good mate at the gym so was nice for a catch up.

L made some kites in her class which was nice.

Back home for lunch then I took L down to her gymnastics class at the same venue. I managed another 45 mins in the gym which again was nice.

Back home and L and MrsT went up to Grannies to see cousin K and that allowed me to catch up with work then head out for a 8k run in the sun.
