Pause for thought

This plaque is situated at the entrance to the old RNI building in Inverness. The RNI was built in the early 1800's. Inside the main hall is a large display of locals who donated money to the project and how much they donated. When you look at this plaque, makes you think, especially in a place like Inverness.
