Decay
This is the theme for today's Tiny Tuesday hosted by McCaviti.
This is a small bit of one of the Commandery gates in Worcester. The building is hundreds of years old and although a little decay can be seen in the paint work the gates are doing very well. They are locked at 4pm each evening.
We went to the Commandery Cafe this afternoon after having our hair cut. I could have done a self-portrait for the theme but I did star in yesterday's blip. Incidentally I didn't thank Jo for the photo, thank you Jo.
Excitement this evening as the workmen have arrived to fit a handrail up the second flight of stairs and a grip handle in the shower cubicle.
Health-wise I've not felt too bad over the last three days. A bit puffy whilst doing anything but OK otherwise especially when sitting and nodding off!
