Shropshire Prunes

Dodging some heavy showers to pick more damsons from the orchard. When we moved in I was told that the variety is 'Shropshire Prune' and that these trees are more than a hundred and twenty years old. The fruit will be used to make damson jelly, which is easier than damson jam because you don't need to extract the stones.
