Preparing

Got a bit of housework done before cycling to the surgery to pick up a prescription and then the pharmacy to get the inhaler. It was probably as quick by bike as car as I could go direct through the park and avoid several sets of traffic lights.
A little bit of gardening and after lunch some bramble picking (over 1kg), most of which are being turned into jelly. Lots of nettle stings during the picking but at least there weren't any wasps this year.
Then off, fairly briefly, to cover at the kids club, a short spell at home and then out running. Still not back up to speed but getting further each time.
Once tea was cooked and eaten I've been doing some admin, it all seems to come in within a short space of time!
