Coming in to land

I was down at the clinic at 7 am for my MRI scan and was out again within half an hour with the images. I received the report in the evening. Last week’s scan showed no injury but the MRI has revealed a grade 3 meniscus tear with a cyst and some arthritis. I shall see how I get on with the knee strengthening exercises that I do daily as I seem to be able to manage the injury. If it worsens, I may have to have an arthroscopy. In the afternoon, at the art group, we suddenly heard a loud beating of rotor blades as the helicopter came into land. It set down behind the fire station on the rugby pitch. I imagine it was collecting a patient to take into the hospital in Perpignan.
