Mono Monday - The Stump

The stump sits on the 8th fairway at the golf course. The hole is even called “Dead Wood” after it. It’s quite a long way from the tee and we always aim to pass it in two shots. We don’t always succeed. Today was a first when my ball developed a mind of its own and flew right inside the stump. It was unplayable, so I had to take a drop. All that fairway around it. What are the chances?
