Male Blackbird

Back to my normal subject tonight? Went to local Wildlife Haven around which runs an Historic horseshoe moat.Since all the development in the area has taken place,the Springs that fed it have now been stopped up and piped away!What was once a sight to behold has now become a polluted mud hole.Soon all the Ducks will have found new homes.The fish will have been devoured by Gulls and Herons as the water recedes and no doubt it will be filled in to ''Preserve'' it??
In the meantime it is still a good spot to photograph quite a variety of wild birds.The male Blackbird was more than willing to pose!
