Every Little Helps

We're getting a Dobbies. Or as Dobbies put it, "a state-of-the-art Dobbies, bringing a new generation garden centre to customers in Invernes-shire". (Yes, that's Invernes). It's going to have a shared entrance with Tesco - a first for Dobbies in Scotland - which apparently makes it, "a very exciting place to visit".

It was a scorcher again today - the front part of the office hit 35C, while our corner was sitting at 28C. McDonald's have stopped the raspberry flake McFlurry though, as they've run out of ingredients. On to Galaxy now, but I prefer Cadbury's chocolate.

Came home to fine a nice sized cheque had arrived from Nationwide as cashback from switching mortgage. And when I say nice sized, I mean value, not those massive charity cheques. Although that would be cool. Will have to deposit that tomorrow. Speaking of depositing, a birds nest above my living room window has resulted in what can only be described as a pile of shit outside the front door and on the window sill. I made an attempt at cleaning that up too.
