From my terrace

Taken with the late sun on the town below. Colours don’t really look real but it’s just how they were.
Tomorrow am heading south to my oldest friends funeral. Friends since we were in the infants at school. So today as well as writing the part of the eulogy that I am doing had to clean car etc in preparation for leaving here at 6.30 am. Driving south to Oamaru and then a friend will drive. The funeral is down in the Catlins where I grew up.  It will be a big day.
