The day started well. I got the final back blip from my holiday uploaded, browsed journals and subscribed to a few.

Lovely weather again, so it was off to Keswick to photograph Castlerigg stone circle and Tewitt Tarn. I knew the camera battery was very low so took a newly charged spare. Or so I thought. Put it in the camera and it showed only 11% charge. Not a happy bunny. Got a few shots of Castlerigg, postponed Tewitt Tarn and headed for the lake.

Finished the morning with coffee and cake at Theatre by the Lake and went to their gallery to see John Gravett's photo exhibition.

Battery charging malfunction was caused by human error - totally my fault!
