Never a day off

This picture was taken on a Sunday, at noon-time. Some people never have a day of rest. And that is soooo necessary!!
I remember when I helped out on a farm 50 years ago, the Sundays were days of rest (only the stock needed and got their daily care; and of course the hay was brought in as that could not be postponed). And at noon time the wife of the farmer had a diner ready. Every single day. No working during that time.

PS: some farmers were not allowed, by their belief/religion, to work on Sunday, so no hay bringing in for them on Sunday; when I helped there we work pretty hard on Friday and Saturday to get the job done in time
