Sunday once again…

I have had a higher pain day, very fatigued and in agony. It took me until about 3pm to pull some clothes on. I have been listening to music a lot today to distract me from the chronic pain.

I nipped over the road to see one of my friends and had a catch up with her for about an hour which was lovely.

I had decided to head off for a walk to see if it would reduce my fibro pain. The fresh air helped, the pain reduced a little. I needed to pick up a few bits so did that too.

I haven’t done my Duolingo yet but plan to this evening and to play a much overdue catch up with Blip.

I spotted this beautiful butterfly today on the way home from my walk. Not the best snap but I was grateful it didn’t flutter away!
