Creag a Chuir

I have eyed this hill for so long. It catches your view as you look westward across Loch Laggan from Inverpattack, not because of its absolute height, it isn't even a Corbett, but it has a distinctive hooked rocky crest and a slender summit.
I left too late in the day and even the cycle in was exhausting in the heat and it was a very slow ascent. The winning time for the Ben Race, also on today, was about half an hour slower than previous years.
All that said it was a super day out on this small mountain and the perception of the summit gained from that distant view met expectations.

Everyone seems to be doing them these days I have tried a wee video.

Creag a' Chuir

It takes absolutely ages to assemble and edit this. On this basis I would say a James Bond film (some shot very nearby) would take at least a fortnight to edit
