Coughton Court

After breakfast, we had plans to visit Anne Hathaway’s cottage but lack of internet needed to enable us to make an online booking, meant that we changed our minds and ended up at Coughton Hall (pronounced ‘coat-on’).

A fascinating place, marred only by it being covered by an enormous amount of scaffolding. Huge amounts of time and money are being spent on it but it’s definitely somewhere I’d like to revisit.

The garden looks amazing and must look even better in summer.
