Wet pony

We had been intending to go for another walk around the estate before heading back to Edinburgh, but the rain came on again and we lost the will to.....walk. On our way out we passed close by the Exmoor ponies, who are a fairly recent introduction at Bamff and that we'd only seen in the far distance up till now. There are a couple of foals amongst them. Looked a bit grumpy, I thought.

The rain lifted by the time we got past Perth, and there was actually a bit of sunshine on Leith. We did packing (instruments) and re-packing (clean clothes etc) ahead of the trip south tomorrow. Thought we probably wouldn't need the Smidge......
