Notes: Didn't sleep well, woke around 150a and finally got up and did a bit of work for the BranchOUT fundraiser. Had trouble going to sleep when I went back to bed, but did finally fall asleep well after 4a, set alarm for 620a to bike. Was a bit early and was hard to wake up but went 15 mi. (there's now a little flamingo by the elephant!). Shower and coffee w/ morning shows. Packed and organized, went thru clothes and got another bag to get rid of. Tried a nap but couldn't sleep or really rest. First Sunday of NFL - watched some RedZone. Made a filet w/ eggs and piece of sprouted french toast with cinnamon/butter/whipped cream. Had someone coming to pick up 3 stainless pans but kept deflecting and then couldn't come today. I just got the 8 inch carbon steel pan and 12 inch one and a grill pan arrived today! So much planning, organizing and prepping to pack up again tho will be great to be back in Gulfport for the week. Watched some football and went to bed early - so tired!
