Seagulls
Went cycling with L today. We saw a lot of burnet moths about, must be the season for them. We stopped for a few minutes to try to take pictures but none of them stayed still long enough.
I got two blips of them in 2011 at this time of year.
Having now googled burnet moths to check the details I realise I've seen both the caterpillar and the coccoon this year, without knowing what type they were.
The seagulls were slightly, though not much, easier to photograph. The autofocus was too slow (my GF3 is the same, I'm not blaming the G1) so I put it on manual, but then of course the seagulls simply aren't very in focus.
