Bit hot for a run!

Last free morning for 6 weeks so attempted a run up behind Craggy Wood in Staveley. Attempt was the word as it was very hot... Also pretty steep! I did manage across the top and down the hill...

This was view about half way round when my only company were the sheep! Roll on the cooler days of autumn for better running...
