An exciting day

Today started with a swim.
I really needed it was so good. After the swim we walked to the new Gull Wing Bridge in Lowestoft. It was open to pedestrians before cars were allowed on . 
This afternoon a friend invited me for a drive out to sea on her rig. It was scary at first but so great once I lost the fear.
So beautiful to see the coast from the sea.
