The Coffin Bridge

The distinctive bridge at Carrbridge built in 1717 for foot traffic and estate purposes and to carry coffins over the river Dulnain to Duthil Kiryard. Today the water level was low but the high arch of the bridge was so that it would remain clear of the water when the river is in spate.
