We’ve been visiting Bude in North Cornwall for years. It’s great to be back again for a few days of bracing Atlantic air and persistent drizzle. We are dressed for that! Bude is quiet. Our favourite restaurant was very quiet for a Saturday night. The day trippers have left early? The lovely hotel we have stayed in on many a visit is now permanently closed.
