Long walk

I met my friends Jane, Vicky and Carolyn at 6am for another long walk.  We did 20k and had a lovely chat along the way.  I do seem to have done something to my knee though, so I'm hoping it isn't anything serious and a restful evening will sort it out.  The Shine walk is in 2 weeks.

This afternoon we went to my sisters as it was my nephew's 15th birthday.  I can't believe he is 15 already.  He's a lovely boy and still happy to chat with all of us and play with my two.  Not a grumpy teenager like some 15 year olds!

Back home now and resting my leg while John is unpacking the food delivery and getting the girls to bed while I put my legs up!  I'll have to pay him back another day!
