Knickerbocker Glory

We visited family today, it was in celebration of Jem and Mik’s wedding anniversary which is tomorrow. Jake, George and George’s girlfriend Charleigh were there too. We had a lovely roast chicken first course, and this was followed by d.i.y. Knickerbocker Glory. We were offered jelly, strawberries, orange segments, various chocolate bits, ice creams and squirty cream, with pretty sprinkles for decoration. We were very creative and the results were so tasty. We soon went back for a second creation.
It was so good to be with the family.
