Day 251/24. Winchester's resident artist.

This gentleman is often around Winchester painting one of his fine pictures.
Chatting to him, a lot of what he does is commissioned. 
This view of Winchester High street seems to be a favourite. I have seen him painting this scene several times over recent years. This version is coming along nicely.
