Bold and Beautiful

Given two hollyhock plants last year, but too small to flower then. When I saw the buds this year I was anxious to see what colour they would be.
Was delighted to see such a rich ruby red, and a new bud seems to open each day.
My TV in the bedroom was no longer working on an indoor aerial and a very nice man came today and put a spur from my outdoor aerial. I celebrated by lying on the bed to watch some of the golf on TV. Sun in Scotland is something to celebrate!
Had to tear myself away as 'starving' grandson popped in and I must get ready for 3 bridge players coming round tonight for a practice.
