Colours of Spring

We had a lovely warm morning with around 25c. Great for getting my washing dry, in no time at all. We had strong winds at times. This afternoon the wind change and became stronger at times and it cooled a lot. We haven't seen any rain which was predicted. There were lots of black clouds. 

My youngest son came this afternoon to remove the door and surrounds around the hot water cylinder cupboard. It took him just about two hours. The plumber will be pleased as he said it would be good if that could be done before they come on Tuesday to put in the new hot water cylinder. It is a very narrow space and will be difficult to install. He may have to cut away part of wall. 

Tomorrow I am going over to Akaroa as my son is doing some repair work that the builder doesn't want to do. as It is caused from a slow leak in the laundry and not covered by my insurance and needs to be done before the builder does his work. 

I picked some daffodils as the wind was blowing them over.
