Hoverfly Kiss

This is a very tiny hoverfly that I've been unable to identify. It was enjoying the few ivy flowers that have come into bloom and then hovering briefly before it made its way to the next. I changed settings and managed a shot of it in flight.

I've chosen to post this image as it sort of pertains to how I'm getting on with my new laptop. I was still struggling after the JL technical support guy adjusted the sensitivity of the mousepad and was thinking of taking the machine back again. However, I've had a calm day to play with it and have discovered that it works perfectly as long as I barely touch the mousepad. A bit like the difference between a proper kiss and a butterfly kiss. As light a touch as this tiny insect brushing it with its dangling legs.
