The Untrained Eye

On our way home!

The last leg of our mini cycling holiday and it’s on the train from Bodmin to Bristol.

Alongside is the Bodmin Railway opened  in 1879.

This is a ' Prairie Tank' steam engine, one of a variety of pristine engines in its fleet.

The railway provides 13 mile return rides to enthusiasts and has done so since 1984 following closure in 1963.

It says on its  website!!
