Rhododendron

This afternoon I mowed, lawns and trimmed the hedge at our student flat. A car pulled up when I was doing the roadside hedge and  two young men got out and asked if I owned the property. They introduced themselves as part of the group who have signed the tenancy for next year. I had let my old workmate, Lance, advertise the flat and choose the group as we were away overseas  at the time.. Nine groups had applied for the tenancy and Lance identified the best applicants. After chatting for a while I was most impressed and very happy that this group were successful with their application.
Afterwards I mowed the back lawn and noticed the huge rhododendron which overhangs from the rear neighbour's. It was most impressive and definitely worth a photo.
