Getting the dinner ready on a hot night in Khimki

Summer's here with a vengeance and the temperature up near 30 Centigrade. I am told that curry is just the thing for hot weather. So of course, I oblige myself. (With a can of Guinness - though I normally drink excellent Russian beer - and a wee dram since it is Friday and there is cause to celebrate on the literary front.)
