Just in case anyone's ever interested in how much prep I did before going on Countdown.  (Not really prep - just fun playing along.  There are many, many more bits of paper like this from the past few years.)

Busy work day working my way through my big to-do list.  I did take a little break in the afternoon to call my Mum for a catch-up - that was nice.

Miserable weather today.  I'm still feeling a bit grotty, so didn't mind staying in.
