Not giving up

We have always had a lot of glasses but our “sets” have dwindled over the last few years.

I found a different set on sale and jumped at the deal for twelve. Just a pity that two were in pieces, despite being still in their excessive packaging.

After taking photos and requesting replacements I have been getting the run around and to be honest I was about to give up and throw the two glasses away

But today I got a mail to say the matter was being escalated because their packaging department couldn’t understand how they could possibly be broken in transit and “suggested” the damage was done by us unpacking the box.

As you can imagine, the insinuation did not go down well and I am digging in my heals.

Are the glasses really worth the effort, of course not, but I have had enough of these bully boys are.
