Four Days

Yesterday the weather forecast was showing four days of fog. They got today right, let’s see how the next 3 turn out.

Popped round to see Gill for a cuppa this morning and a catch up. She has it on good authority the cliff lift is within 2 weeks of re-opening and will stay open every day until January. Hope that is accurate.

Then into town after lunch to the optician. Callum collected his new specs, mine went back for a lens adjustment. The varifocal corridor needs to be shortened. I think that’s what he said anyway!

Sainsburys for a few top-up bits, and the walk round to there was when I got my blip. Standing at the entrance to the railway, looking down towards the cliff with the old railway building on the left. Not a view that is usually easy to blip without lots of people in the way. For some reason today the town was pretty quiet! Did I mention the fog…..
