Notes: Slept horribly. More headache-y again last night and then woke up every hour for awhile. Finally dragged myself out of bed 720a. Didn't do much in the morning, a short pool stint as all clouds closed in (again). Went for a meditation and was hoping to sleep but didn't happen. Feeling out-of-sorts and just overall crappy. Ate around 2p then worked on a flyer for BranchOUT fundraiser. Shower before 5p, was starting to feel a bit better and more clear by mid aft. FIrst NFL game tonight - Baltimore at KC ... watched off and on into the 3rd quarter. Head hurting again (and neck).
