A Day for Slugs and Snails

I know that most people aren't very keen on these wee creatures, especially this year which has been 'Year of the slug'.  But if you are little then they are quite interesting, and fun to watch.  Anyway had a good morning at work.
Later visited my mum, and did some shopping.
We have a party to attend in Leith tonight, and will go by tram.
